Oxygen/Acetylene Torch Protocol

Job: Technician, Salvager

The Oxygen Acetylene torch is a valuable tool for the auto repair shop and it can be used to:

1. cut away damaged sheet metal
2. cut away damaged or seized mechanicals
3. apply heat to separate bearing cups or races
4. weld lighter gauge ferrous metals
5. apply heat to seized hardware
6. fabricate custom steel projects

The torch, if properly used, is a safe and highly effective piece of equipment; however, if it is improperly used it is likely to injure or kill the operator as well as anyone in the immediate vicintiy. The tank has the capacity to act as a bomb or torpedo if improperly handled. Using the torch around volatile or flammable materials can also result in a fire or explosion.
